Together they hold the majority of the shares. These shareholders earned their spurs in the national and international arena, acquiring many decades of experience between them. Individually they continue to operate in various segments of the Dutch real estate market.   <\/p>\n\n<p>From its head office in the Netherlands, Continental Realty NV invests in real estate in North-Western Europe, especially in Belgium and Germany. This real estate mostly comprises existing, rented residential properties. Many of these are apartment complexes.
